Thank You so very much for this site. It has saved me possible hundreds of dollars and heartache and anger. Upon reading an advertisement in my local news paper for a totally free of charge EMERALD LUX, electric cigarette, with no other charges accept for the $ 4.95 shipping cost. I cut out this advertisement, and again no where in it did it does it state any thing about a trial-period, membership fee’s, any future cost’s, other than the $ 4.95 cost for shipping. It states that this is strickly a promotion offered to the first fifty callers, to try out their product.
I ordered this product, and the $ 4.95 was deducted from my checking account.
After this I just happened to go on this company’s web-site to find out if they had any more free product offer’s, and this is when I came upon your web-site. And after reading several posts from other people who had dealing’s with this EMERALD LUX company, (people who fell for the same offer in which I did) now I’m reading that this company had rendered false and misleading advertisement and have accessed people’s bank accounts without any whatsoever notification and authorization and stole hundreds of dollars from this people.
I immediately called my bank and informed them of this, and things were done to protect my accounts from any possible fraud from this company.
So thank you again so very much for your site, if had I not come upon your site and read all of those posts from other people who have dealt with this wicked company, I too may have been out of hundreds of dollars, feeling stupid ! pissed-off ! and in a rage !!!

I find GetPayback.com as a much needed service that rarely exists, and that is to provide a means to evaluate anyone from a home contractor to a prospective employee, or even a friend who asks to borrow a few bucks.
Some people/businesses are capable of fraud and misrepresentation, and I for one, view GetPayback.com as an invaluable service for those of us who don’t want to be defrauded or taken advantage of, given the nature of some people and their lack of humanity. I hope others will contribute in the name of social justice for us all.

“We could not have been happier with the service…”
We “attempted” to purchase some furniture from Bruce Cohen Furniture. After paying Mr. Cohen $725 he immediately cashed the check and then mysteriously disappeared. We never heard from him again and never got a refund or any furniture.
We built a website: brucecohenfurniturestolemymoney.com at GetPayback.com to tell the story and warn other people of Bruce Cohens dishonest business practices. We could not have been happier with the service. Our site was live within a few days and withing a couple days following our site was showing in Google at the top of the results when searching for “Bruce Cohen Furniture”.
Hopefully Bruce Cohen has learned his lesson and won’t steal from his customers in the future. Thanks GetPayback!
