This isn’t a healthy work place. We are suppose to be on our feet for about 10-14 hours a day while wearing steel-toe shoes which we all know is very uncomfortable no matter how adjustable anyone would try to make it.
They pay is ridiculous, many of us such as myself have a family to support & the pay compared to the hours that we are assigned are not humane.
My work schedule is from 4 A.M. to 5 P.M. but that isn’t even necessary to be there so early because we don’t start working until 7 A.M.
It can also ruin your health because ever since I started this job in November 2010 I have had a series of medical problems such as; back problems, foot problems (which can be fatal because I’ve always had weak ankles) & body aches.
I’m speaking for workers compensation rights to be treated fairly & respectably. We’re all human beings so it isn’t fair that they give us hours, days , & regulations that aren’t fair nor humane.
