I bought a bird from this lady Kelli Hardy, she has given me the run around on shipping my bird for 2 months, and of course payment in advance. $400 plus $100 shipping.
Every week she email to say the bird is not ready to ship. finally when i finally get my bird it is sick and dies in 24 hours. she will not respond to email nor refund my money since she has a 15 day guarantee, this bird should not have been sold, it was too young and sick.
I have have since talked to other customers with the same problem with this company, she needs to be stopped.. if you go on youtube search Little Tweet sucks and you will hear another story like mine. I also just talked to another lady in the same situation. They are scamming too many people and need to be stopped. i have all emails from her every weeks same story.

This is strange. I have purchased 11 parrotlets in the past two years from them and I have had nothing but above average customer service. At all times answering my phone calls and emails. This complain looks very suspicious considering the person wouldn’t even leave their real name and posted under anonymous. Competitor maybe?
