This person is constantly harassing me on the internet with an illegal wiki, bandsmapedia, bandsmapedia.wikkii.com.

He’s also been making money off my videos illegally, blip.tv/therjbandsmalibrary. He’s even released my personal information.

The amount of money I have actually made off of his videos is negligible ($2.65, as you can see in the first picture), and will most likely stay that way. On said link to The RJ Bandsma Library, it is seen that I own the rights to these videos, as I have taken an All Rights Reserved license out on each one of them.

Also, there is nothing illegal on the wiki, and his personal information was acquired by a post the claimant has made on a website (links provided below). I have never made a single piece of blackmail towards him, and I have never participated in a business deal with him, so obviously I have never scammed him.

   He does npot own any of the videos, and is breaking the law since one of the videos was recorded in MSTS aka Microsoft Train Simulator, which is copyrighted by Microsoft.

   I am the Benjamin Smith being referred to. The amount I have officially made is very negligible, specifically, $2.65. If you investigate blip.tv/therjbandsmalibrary, you will see that I have taken out an All Rights Reserved license, making these videos my legal property.
   As for the personal information (ironic that he complains about it, since he is releasing mine), it was acquired by a post that the claimant had made. On another note, I have never issued a threat against him, let alone blackmailed him, or had any business deals with him, thus not even giving me the ability to scam him.
   Just addressing this false claim.
