Burns has caused my family and I over 5 months of unnecessary troubles. One the night of September 24 2011, she started making several false accusations that led to my arrest and the end of my career.

She has lied to Craven County officials and has lied under oath on several other occasions concerning her medical state. All of this has been done so she can attempt to sue me for something that never happened.

Beware of this woman and her family. They are greedy and use others for their own entertainment. She has no cause and no evidence for any of the troubles she has put us through, all she wants is money….

Here are some interesting facts:
1. She claims she only had 4 alcoholic drinks on September 24 2011, her BAC was a .22

2. She tested positive for opiates at the hospital that same night.

3. She has changed her story at least 5 times. Once to the Havelock Police. Once to the Craven county courthouse. Twice to medical personal and once under oath in a military court.
