I want to warn people against the biggest scam they will ever get if they try a wordpress questions and answers script named WP-Answers. This product doesn’t deserve it’s high price (evaluated at 150$).
-The first thing is the lack of quality of the product. As a customer, I was really looking for something more interesting than that. Actually, this product doesn’t even deserve to be priced. All I got were a lot of problems about the compatibility of the plugin with other wordpress plugins on my website. Then, the number of options were not interesting at all. On their homepage, they really show us that product like if it was a quality thing when it’s not. The templates are all the same, the back end administration has a big lack of options and at nowhere we will get what we were really looking for. It seems like if the plugin doesn’t support others.
-The second thing is support. I can start with the money back guarantee of the company, because it seems they is none. For a product that costs 150$ , the company was supposed to make sure people going to be satisfied by it. I really think they knew their product wasn’t good at all, so they didn’t want to give the money back to their customers. The other point with support is the poor quality of their forum, where we can’t make adequate search of what we are looking for. Worse, I sent them two messages that I wanted to register to their forums 3 weeks ago, I never got an answer. That’s why I decided to post a complaint here.
I really wish this will help many persons to not purchase WP-Answers. This product is a pure scam.
