I purchased a product from Savemore.com and never received the product. They took my money though! I have sent 2 different emails about this problem to the company but never received a response back from them. This is the worst thing that I have EVER experenced! I have also tried the 1800number that they have posted on their own website for customer support and its a wrong number. This is the worst business ever to deal with. I made my purchase in September of 2011 and here it is almost March of 2012. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

In November of 2011 I received a solicitation from the company Savemore.com to get a great deal on a Barnes and Noble gift card. Since I was in the process of purchasing a Nook Tablet I thought it would be great to include a BN gift card to get the recepient going. I made the purchase of a $25 card for the low low price of $15. (What a deal!). Christmas day came and I realized I had never received it, so I log onto the site to find out what happened. I did not take the next step. Who knew when you agree to buy something and pay for it that you actually have to request that it be sent to you! So I tell the receipient that it is coming a little late. I “requested” what I already paid for and patiently waited for it to arrive. It never did. Now all you get from the website is the IE notice that it cannot be displayed. I get as far as the home page that says “hi M” and that’s it. No response from messages left, never able to speak to a live person. It is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On November 10, 2011, I purchased 1 Auto Zone $25.00 gift card for $15.00. I redeemed it on November 25, 2011. The gift card never arrived. I also purchased a Subway gift card on October 31, 2011. It only arrived in January 2012 after I contacted my credit card and they reimbursed my $10. I had the credit card company repay Savemore the $5.00 after I received the gift card.
I contacted, or should say tried to contact Savemore.com by phone, but all you get is a message asking you to leave a message and they will return your call. I called at least 5 times. Months later still no returned call.

My wife purchased three AutoZone Gift Cards for Christmas presents. The cards never arrived nor will the company answer phones or return calls. I have dealt with this group once before when they were in Ohio and the Corporate office is in Connecticut if I remember correctly. I had to threaten them with a law suit and Attorney General and BBB complaints. This is now going to the FTC as well as the OAG in three. Enough is enough and needs to STOP!!!! I want my three cards as well.

In 11/2011 I purchased two items from savemore.com. One was a voucher for $10 off a $25.00 purchase at CVS drugestore. The other was a $25 giftcard from Advance Auto for $15.00. I never got either one of these things. The giftcard was never sent to me, and the lnk on the website to print the voucher for CVS didn’t work. I have spent a total of $25.00 and I have gotten none of the things I purchased. I have called them for weeks and left messages and a call back number but no one has called me. They promise on their website to make any disputes right but they don’t answer the phone.

I was referred to this link by a friend of mine who had never actually purchased anything from it, but saw many fabulous deals on it. Around Christmas time of 2011, I saw a deal for a $25 Barnes and Noble gift card for only $15. I submitted my order and paid with my debit card and the payment was taken out of my bank account right away….yet, it is now February of 2012 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED!

I have called and called the customer guarantee contact phone number that is posted on their website, but it always tells me to leave a message and they will get back to me within the next 24 hours….but they never have:-(.

There is also no other contact information available on the site where customers can leave any feedback or post questions, which I find very unprofessional!

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM SAVEMORE.COM-U MAY BE HAD IF U DO!

    I ordered a $10 Burger King GC in December and it became available in January. I have not recieved it either. Same thing, I have been callig forever and no one ever calls back

    I have purchased overstock.com $25 gift card and it had never arrived. I tried calling the customer service but of no use, no response, never able to talk to them… it is a bullshit company… totally frustrated!!!

    I am going to call my credit card company and initiat a charge back…
