If something’s too good to be true, it’s too good to be true!!!!
I don’t know how I could have possibly thought I could get a genuine Coach purse for $58.00, but I ordered it anyway. The purse I received yesterday is a total piece of junk, mass produced in China. The zipper doesn’t work, can’t unzip it smoothly, the lining inside of the purse isn’t even glued or tacked down to the inside of the purse, it smells funny, actually stinks. There was no invoice included so no information about how to return it.
Be warned COACH FACTORY OUTLET I will get my money back!!!!!!!!

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO PURSES AND THEY SHOWED UP FAKE AS EVER. THEY BOTH HAVE THE SAME PRODUCT NUMBER IN THE INSIDE AND ONE WAS THE WRONG COLOR. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN IT DRAFTED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AS “FULLY BLESSING”. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND WE BOTH WERE WONDERING ABOUT THE TRANSACTION SINCE THERE WAS NOT ANY CONTACT INFORMATION. IT TOOK UP UNTIL JANUARY THE 11TH FOR THE PRODUCT TO MAKE IT TO ME BUT THEY WILL NOT SEND ANY RETURN INFORMATION SO THAT I CAN RETURN THIS MESS. THEY ALSO SENT INFORMATION IN CHINESE KNOWING THAT IT WAS COMING TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

I feel so stupid as to trust i was getting such a good deal on a baby bag, all prices are the same!! whats up with that, and now that I have paid Visa on January 11 2012 I have no tracking number as they have said it would be emailed, no phone number and no mailing address, I have no contact, it says If you want to track your order, I have to email them and ask for tracking info, well done that quite a few times, I just get no reply…So now Im very afraid of doing something so stupid, as in trusting this company. PLease dont order from this site.

Do not buy any products from coach factory outlets. The website looks authentic but the products are the most cheapest and worst imitation ever. I received four coach purses and when i opened the wallet glue was still on the purse i pulled on it and it came apart. Worst $200.00 spent.

I wanted to buy a coach purse as a Christmas present, since i cant afford a 300.00 purse I found a web site for discount purses – coach-factoryoutletonline.com. I ordered a small brown purse, it took 4 weeks to get to me, when I opened the package it was a large black tote bag. I emailed them on the mistake and wanted my money back. I have sent them numerous emails but no response.
I finally found a phone number to call. They are in Jacksonville fl. The lady on the phone said they don’t have a store overseas when I told her the purse I got was from China. It sounds like a scam to me and now I am out 86.00. What can I do?
I wonder how many others are being scammed?
I don’t know the real address, a name or a phone for them.

Don’t know if this is the same to all those URL above, but the situation are most likely the same. We ordered, paid and didn’t notice any wrong even the package said shipped from China .. then the package arrived …the bags was totally different from shown picture in website look really cheap. Their policy did said we can return back and might get 75% of our money back …

I buy Coach bags from Coach Factory Online but this a legit website based in Florida. You cannot buy these bags online though, without their email invitation which they do in random. I ordered from this website Feb. 28, 2012 and have not received a package yet. They have sent an email saying it has been shipped. My mom ordered too and they sent her an email saying it was delivered but no one was home and sent to post office. She called post office and they have no knowledge of this delivery. There is truly a website for Coach Factory Stores. I am from Jacksonville and the warehouse is near the airport at One Coach Way. The only legitimate site is to go to Coach.com and sign up for their emails. You can also sign up for the factory store sales. I’ve purchased from this sight many times and each bag or accessories I’ve purchased have been authentic. I’ve even sent one bag to the actual warehouse for repair and it’s been taken care of and returned just as the coach stores do in the malls.
As Susan said there is truly an authentic website for coach factory. U had to sign up to get invitation to the sale event. I called them to verify since I got the invitation myself.
I agree with Emily, Sara and Vanessa, there is only one legitimate Coach Factory website. I’ve purchased many bags from there and they are authentic. They ship from One Coach Way in Jacksonville Fl. They will include taxes on your order. Also, on before I ordered my first bag, I called the phone number from Coach.com and they verified it was their site. I just went to the fake Coach website, coach-factoryoutletonline.com, they don’t even have a contact number listed. You will not find Coach bags that cheap as they have listed. Coach does not ship from China. Hope this helps!
There actually IS an online coach outlet! I have ordered from them and it is really Coach. They clearly say on their site that they are the only online outlet retailer of Coach. You register and then they email you when they are open. It is usually a 72 hr period, every couple of months. Again, you have to sign up and then sign in with your email and password. I was scammed to. I made a transaction last Feb. 23,2012 to this website coachfactoryonline.org, I ordred 2 handbag and 1 sunglasses and it cost me $179.82 for everything. After 3 days I haven’t receive any receipt and order number not even the transaction number.I keep emailing them for that but they just end up asking for order number. untill I reserch online for any scam alert about that website, and I read all your comments so all your comments was a big help for me so I called my bank right away and its good I got my money back. Filed a dispute and change my card to new one. After a week I receive a package from china, they sent me all this fake bag. I’VE BEEN emailing them to know how can i return this to them. THIS IS NOW MY PROBLEM ESPECIALLY I SIGNED A CONFIRMATION THAT I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. THERE’S NO RETURN ADDRESS THATS WHY I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I checked BOTH sites and they are very, very similiar! And the outlet site does look legit. If you don’t have a lot of money, but want to do something nice for your self, like buy a Coach purse and you google for discounts and you find this site, you would think this site was real, and maybe the deeply discoundet prices were due to “last years” styles??? But for Michelle to call people stupid is just plain rude and wrong, she could have used a lot more tact in her warnings!!!

Yes do not order from this site nor gomensshoes.com i orders from that site for a pair of sneakers and they emailed me a tracking number that wasnt available then i received the package but it was crappy shoes that i didnt even put an order in for, never again would i put my trust into another website outside the USA.

I bought 2 purses off this web-site (thecoachoutlet2012.org/) at what they claim is 70% off.
The purses are not anything like a “Real Coaches” and after 2 weeks of use one of the purses fell apart.
I have sent multiple e-mails to the company with no response from them at all.
There is nothing on the site giving their Address in China – for me to return the purses to.
My shipping slip also shows no address, there for I can’t return the product.
However my bank will not reverse or even dispute the charge on my Debit card, because I haven’t returned the product.
So I am at a loss.
What I did to get my money back was to say I didn’t recognize the charge. I told them I ordered a Coach purse from Coach. I had no idea who LABORIOUS SWALLOW SUZHOU was, which was listed on my credit card receipt. It also said it was a LUMBER AND BUILDING MATERIALS STORES, definitely not a Coach Outlet Store. CapitalOne has reversed the charges. The purse I got actually has a chemical odor to it, it really does stink. I’m taking pictures of the piece of junk I received and mailing it back to :

Ordered 2 purses, same deal, they are total fakes and not even what orderd. They are more than ugly and not even useable or considered good fakes. They suck! Don’t buy from any of those sites, I have since learned the real factory outlet invites you not the otherway around. It’s a disappointment and I hope to get a reversal of the charges.

Coach Factory Outlet does exist, but the only online purchasing that can be done through the legit Coach Factory is through exclusive emails from them directly. Usually every month they have online sales to people that have purchased from Coach Factory. Otherwise, all these websites are imitation. Not worth even half you are spending. If its too good to be true, it is.

I ordered a handbag and wallet from this website. The site looked legitimate but when I received my order confirmation, I thought it was weird that there was no tax. The next day I checked my bank statement and I was getting charged $10.00 more and a $3.00 international fee. I was surprised to actually receive a package of cheap, fake products. I’m trying to return the goods but they will not provide me with a return address and I don’t know how to read Chinese. What an awful mess. If anyone knows the address, it would be much appreciated.
i amde a transaction with this company 2 weeks before chritmas 2011. i was directed to a payment site that was all in Chinese call “wedopay”. I called my Bank because I was very leary after I payed on this site and the company had no site in english to correspond. They are a total rip off and the products I received probably made in some China sweatshop. The wallets are cheap looking and are not authentic Coach. Cardboard with thin leather encasement. Buyer beware. I am still trying to fight for my money 100.00. start with your credit card company and put in a complaint and they may help you with reporting this scam company.
This is a site very much the same as Coach-FactoryOutletOnline.com. It is a complete scam and is not a US run website. I placed an order then was given the run-around for several days via email. I finally received an email confirming the order had been shipped, then one right after asking me for order information again. I quickly cancelled the order/disputed the charge with my credit card company and cancelled my card.

I purchased 3 coach purses on Dec. 1. They offered a tracking number, which I tracked to NY. Evidently, the USPS shipped it back to the sender. When I contacted them, they told me in order to ship back to me, it would cost $45 per item. I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint. They told me the charge was from a vacuum cleaning company. They are investigating…I hope I get my money back. Don’t buy from them…Ugg!

My wife found this site and she wanted me to buy one of these purses for her for Christmas. So I bought one and about 20 minuets after I bought one, I got a call from my credit card company saying my card had 11 different transactions used on it from 8 different businesses. Fortunately they declined every transaction before it went through and I ended up getting a new card. This site is obviously fraudulent. I would call your credit card company immediately and get this issue resolved.
