Complaint #1 Irish Suns Inc. d/b/a. Two Men and a Truck Pasco Registration No 1524 Mr Ryan Knowles
Do not deal with this moving company!!! My mother had them move her furniture approx 6 miles back on Nov 16, 2011 and they damaged her 52 year old couch and her dining room table. The manager Ryan Knowles stated numerous times over the past 7 weeks that he would have my mother’s furniture repaired and now has been avoiding all phone calls after telling her that he would definately get back to her.
I believe that since my mother is a senior citizen (79 years old) that he is taking advantage of her. Also I found out that this company has had numerous complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau and also more disturbingly has no listing of a DOT license number and MC license number which is required by law.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!! They lie and cheat people!!!

We recognize there are times when our customers may not be happy with our service, and we work hard to facilitate a positive resolution. Our records show we have made multiple attempts to reach this customer to discuss concerns. We are saddened we have not been able to agree on a satisfactory resolution at this point.
At the Pasco office of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, we are proud to have a 94 percent referral rating for 2011. We are a qualified business registered with the Department Of Agriculture And Consumer Services. Our Intrastate Mover Of Household Goods Registration Numbers is: IM 1524. We do not have a DOT number because the Pasco franchise does not do moves outside the state of Florida. We are also an accredited business member of the Better Business Bureau and currently have an A+ rating.
