All of the claims submitted on Get Payback are eligible for comments. These comments allow for others to gather more information about the claim or state their opinions or concerns. Many of our most commented-on claims are popular because these companies or individuals have mistreated many others and have generated an audience looking for answers or ways to take action. Or, they have sparked a conversation about the business practices of the company in question or, in some cases, the validity of the claim itself.

Many of these comments reveal more information about the companies and people involved. It is important to note, however that the comments section differs from our “Official Company Response” section. While we encourage our users to use truth in their comments and all aspects of GetPayback.com, these comments submitted about claims are not guaranteed to be from who they say they are, nor are they completely genuine content.
