The Lien holder for my car is Nicholas financial. I got my car back in Nov of 2007. It is time to pay off my car this December and now they are telling me that I own them another 2600 dollars because they have been charging me 50 dollar a month plus interest for 20 plus months saying that i Didn’t have full coverage ins on my car. I’VE have full coverage the whole time I’VE had my car. Because my car ins did not put Nicholas financial down for my Lien holder I have to pay them this money back.

I spoke with my car ins and they have called Nicholas financial and said as long as i have full coverage ins that are suppose to give me back the money towards my car payment. Nicholas financial says they are not going to give that money back to me because they had to pay that ins money so i have to pay the that money back to them..

That is not fair and i refuse to pay that money back to them. I have all the documents that i needed to prove that i had the ins and they are still telling me i have to pay this money. Im going going to give them another dime because it not my fault that their name is not one my ins policy. So know IM looking for help to resolve this matter.

Not Applying overage too the principal as asked to do!

I purchased a automobile from a car lot, because I have bankruptcy on my record I had to go with a finance
company (Nicholas Financial Inc), I asked them to apply all payment overage to the principal, this is not been done!

Where do I need to go, or who do I contact for help?
