Review #2 Konka Group Dont Honor Warranty

My Wife and I purchased a Konka LCD TV model: KLC-TM3718, Just before it ran out of warranty it had a major part failure, the power
supply unit failed “model and number: Megmeet MLT083 Rev2.0″.
So I did what most people would do and contacted them, and then there after sales service people, letting them know what had happened, and supplied a copy of local TV repair center report. I then waited for their response which never came. I then contacted the KONKA Group again and asked them again to assist me with getting the part required, again no response. Thinking that maybe the email address I sent my first email may have been wrong I found other KONKA Group email address’s on their site and tried again, I contacted the Sale email address, the After sales email address, the North America Sale email address, and every other KONKA Group email address i could find and sent them all a copy of my previous email and what I required, still no response. I then tried and tried again, alas no response, not one.
I then thought maybe if I test the email address and see if they will sell me their product and got a reply with 2 days. I now new that the email address were real and they KONKA Group was just ignoring my warranty claim. I have now for the past 4 1/2 years contacted the KONKA Group every month about my warranty claim and the part required to fix my LCD TV. ALAS no response yet.
4 1/2 years and not one response to a kindly written simple warranty request with a retail value of less than $60 AUD. I tried finding the part online but haven’t been able to locate one, which is why I have continued to try and reach a decent human being with a kind heart and understanding from the KONKA Group who could assist me. So far this has never happened. KONKA Group and Warranty (NOT IN THIS LIFE TIME) well I can say not in 4 1/2 years. I trusted this company because of the way they promote their belief in customer satisfaction, I bough their product only to find that they in fact offer no support to customers who bought their product. This company is a shark only concerned with getting your cash, if it comes to after sales support and warranty forget it, it ain’t gonna happen. This is the worst electronic company i have ever come across avoid it spend your money on a TV from a company that values it’s customers..
