This company takes your private information and posts it all over the web. Although trademark information is public, the owner Raj Abhyanker is a complete opportunist and then tries to sell your company name and domain names all over the world! It is immoral and should be illegal. He is a special kind of rotten. I and many others are trying to get the legislation fixed so that this practice will become illegal.

Even after speaking with the California State Barr of Attorneys they did say that we have a legitimate reason to file a case and to file a complain against this individual and his company. This is NOT how honorable attorneys operate! BEWARE! Go through a separate trademark attorney that you trust with your ideas and name. STAY AWAY! DON’T SUPPORT SUCH DEPLORABLE BUSINESS BEHAVIOR. This is not what America was built on!
