I would like to warn you about the Laptop Doctor of 350 Main Street in Southbridge, Ma. I was a worker of the company and they were suppose to fix two towers and a laptop for me as return for not paying me for the days I have did work for them. My items were there for a month and not being worked on.
Now it took me to go down with the police to get the return of my items. Come to find out when I returned home with my items. There was many many parts missing and broken parts in all of my items. They were not working on fixing anything. They were taking the parts out of my items and whatever they need to be fixed from other customers putting it into their computers. All parts in all my computers were all brand new when I brought it to them.
They are taking customers good computers towers a wanting to exchange them for the things they buy off EBay for cheap and selling them for more. They are ripping a lot of their customers off. A worker off theirs even says that they are screwing over all their customers. So I would advise anyone not to go to the Laptop Doctor. They will over charge you, rip you off, and put junk parts in your computer. And I heard they go through customers important files that are in the system they bring. They dont return phone calls.

I’m gonna have to second this, I worked at Laptop Doctor for about a month, and they never paid me on time. They fired me for ‘cost-effectiveness’ reasons, but really the owner was just furious at his own mistakes and needed someone to take it out on. He still owes me a little over $800, and chances are I’m going to have to fight for it. There are better computer repair stores in town, don’t bother with this scam artist.
The malicious behavior doesn’t stop there, however. The owner frequently ducks everyone trying to get ahold of him. I’ve watched machines go out the door that didn’t get the repairs the customer asked for. We had one lady come in complaining that her laptop fan wasn’t working. So we ordered a $15 off of ebay and slapped it in. Guess what? It still didn’t spin up, because the owner didn’t let me diagnose the machine properly and just wanted to make a quick buck. She wound up paying $75 for a fan that she didn’t need and her computer still didn’t work properly. Laptop Doctor is a junk store and a format factory. Don’t bother.
