Complaints with Responses From Owners

The following is a list of Claims, Reviews, Complaints, or Posts where the owner or a representative of a company has posted an official response to the claim. These responses give the company a fair chance to explain and/or disprove a claim or report, by explaining their side of the story.

Get Payback differs from many other consumer claim websites in this way. We feel that it is our duty to allow a representative of a company, with claim/s against them, the chance to communicate an explanation as to what took place from their perspective – or perhaps just apologize. Or inversely, completely deny the validity of the claims against them.

We feel that allowing for this type of response creates a more in depth and more honest system of reporting. There are always at least two sides to every story and while one side may think they are correct and truthful, it may appear otherwise from the opposing side. We never attempt to involve ourselves, at GetPayback.com, in determining which party is in the right or wrong, but these company responses offer the chance for you, our users, to decide and to have access to both recounts.

In many instances there is a misunderstanding that leads to the submission of a claim, and these responses serve as an explanation, not only to the claimant, but to the rest of our users. These types of responses can be very helpful in the pursuit of consumer and social justice, as they expand the dialogue between parties and further assist in consumer-knowledge leading to safe and informed decisions about future interactions with the company in question.
