I ordered 2 rollon Biofreeze from My Vita Net.com in October, 2011. On Nov. 1st, 20122 I asked for a refund since I had not received the biofreeze. I sent more requests for a refund in Dec and Jan. 2012. Finally I received a email from Daniel and said it would take 1-2 cycles for my credit card to be refunded. It’s now May 10, 2012 and still no refund. I sent another request for a refund on May 9, 2012.

I ordered 3 biofreze roll ons on Nov. 13, 2011 from myvitanet. I received a confirmation email that they took $20,97 out of my paypal account and that my items were on back order and would take up to 30 days for delivery. On the 30th day I had not received my items and contacted my papyal and was told on the 31st day that they could not help me cause it was after 30 days. I have tried to contact my vitanet by phone and at first their mailbox was always full and then it became a number for a penile enlargement product and now it rings busy all the time. This is their listed phone number 212-279-0552. I have tried to email them but the site will not let me log on with my account nor send me my password. but I did log in as a new user and it will let me order products so they are still scamming people in my opinion. I emailed them on a new account and asked about my items with my order number of order vitanet-1004593 but they do not respond. I have signed up at a site to complain about them and there are many other people who had the same problem of not receiving their products they ordered.
I have ordered from them at least 5 times in the past and never had a problem with receiving my products but this time I feel they are scamming people. Their site needs to be shut down cause it seems they are still accepting orders.

I placed an order for biofreeze in 09/2011 and my credit card was charged immediately with the assumption that the order would be received within 8 weeks. Which I did not receive the order. And the only contact was by email in which I did email them and was advised it was back ordered and to be patient and as of today March 23, 2012 still no product and no response. This is a company that is just taking money from individuals that are in need of this product due chronic pain. I just want people to know that they need to stay away from these scam artists…….

I ordered qty of 2 Item #112768, Joint Blend SP-2, 100 count Solaray, $5.49 ea. in October 13, 2011! The confirmation No. of my order was 2330862. They charged my credit card for the whole amount of my order at that time. When it was noted later that the Solaray product was back ordered, and I was nearly out of it, I ordered it from another store. I then attempted to cancel my order, via their website…several times. They are unreachable via phone, and did not answer my requests to cancel. I certainly am irritated by this, and certainly will not order from them, while I warn anyone I know who orders supplements on-line! I wonder if they are still in business.

On December 6, 2011 , I placed an order in the amount of $78.64 with MyVitanet.com, the amount was charged to my credit card. As of today February 27, 2012, I have not received my order. I have made seven submissions requesting an answer on why I have not received my order, no one has responding to any of my request. There is not a way to contact anyone of higher positions to get assistance from. I have contacted the BBB, but my understanding is that MyVitanet doesn’t have to respond to them either. Looking through the “Terms” section I found where you can contact the National Arbitration Forum and file a complaint, in the amount of $50.00. I will never order anything from MyVitanet.com again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone, I will tell my story to people so they can be aware of having their money just taken from them and virtually no way of getting answers on how to get it back. By the way there is no mailing address for them either. The only phone number that they give out is to make purchases.

Placed an order for my elderly mom on 11/27/11. They immediately charged her credit card. No Biofreeze received. You cannot telephone this company because they say their representatives are busy and then the mailbox is full. Therefore, no message can be left. No response to prior emails. I can’t even log on any longer to check status. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! $58.81 my mother is out due to my negligence in not researching this company before ordering. I cannot believe the federal government has not closed these scam artists down. They need to be prosecuted for fraud. Maybe they’d rethink ripping people off when they’re sitting in jail!

I placed an order with them in August 2011 for $53.11. After 2 months of backorder I asked to cancel the order. In the intital stages they responded to my emails telling me they would refund me. As soon as my account went to refund requested they will no longer respond to me (this was the end of September begiinning of October). I have emailed them 6 times with no response and when you call the phone number it no longer has representatives, you are referred to online communication. I contacted my bank to see if they could do anything and they said too much time had passed. I put in a claim the the BBB and they just informed me that the company has not responded to their inquiry and that would be all they could do.

I ordered vitamins back in September and they promptly charged my credit card. I did not receive anything. I have sent numerous messages. I was answered once, back in October, when they said I would be credited in 1 or 2 billing cycles. February will make 5 billing cycles and I’m still waiting. They don’t answer any more. DO NOT do business with them unless you want to be taken to the cleaners!!!

I purchased back on sept 3rd 2011 8 bottles of bio freeze for 55.92 the money was taken out of my bank account on the 6th of sept. after not receiving or hearing anything from them i sent out a request about my order and still nothing from them.
after several attempts, i finally got a email back saying that t was on back order but i did get a phone number to call. i did call and yes i spoke with a person who told me that my order was on back order but that it would be mail out right after thanksgiving.
once again i waited for my order as it was getting close to christmas and still no order i called again and spoke with someone who told me that due to high demand they where still on back order but that i was next on the list to have my order shipped ot right after christmas.
well here it is the end of jan 2012 and still nothing and now i cant even get thru on the number i was given, it say’s the mail box is full. Do not order anything from this sight you wont get your stuff.

I placed an order with MyVitaNet on 9/22/2011. After a couple of weeks with no response I created a request ticket to have them cancel my order of send it. A month later I finally received a response saying my credit card will get back the amount in 1-2 billing cycles. After several ticket inquiries and two letters to the corporate office I still have not received the credit to my account or any response.

Just like others have reported, I ordered some products from Vitanet. Naturally they quickly processed my credit card. I checked two weeks later on the order status. I was also lead it was back ordered. I waited two more weeks and the status was the same. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told the refund would be 1 to two billing cycles. Naturally it did not take that long to process the order.
As of date, I have not been refunded my payment. Total scam.

Do not purchase items from MyVitaNet. They will charge you and not ship product. I disputed the charge on my credit card statement after they did not ship after several months and were not able to be contacted. The credit card company has just told me that the dispute has been resolved and they won’t be charging my card. That tells me there is something seriously wrong with this company. They are accepting payments for products they won’t ship.

The nasal spray I am using is difficult to find as it has temporarily been taken off the market due to FDA regulation for their labeling. I found the above website and it showed they had 6 of the Sinus Nasal Sprays in stock. I placed my order for the 6 of them by credit card on December 7th. I received and order confirmation number. Total cost: $112.32. I printed the page for my records. They say IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US. NOTE: YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW A CHARGE FROM “MYVITANET.”
Needless to say, I waited a few days and emailed them as to the STATUS OF my product. I received an email back saying “Someone should respond to your request within 3-7 business days. Customer service respones will be posted to your online account and emailed to you. NO SUCH THING EVER HAPPENED!!!!!
I then tried call their toll free number and the recorded voice does all the talking and basically hangs up on you. The customer has no options to choose from. I Emailed twice saying I want a REFUND/CREDIT but since they put “Processing Order” I cannot get a refund. I read that I may get more than 1 delivery of the 6 Nasal Sprays. So that tells me they obviously DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK!
I am tired of waiting. Have found plenty of reputable online websites so I have now have a nice stock of the nasal spray till it comes back on the market in April 2012.
I WANT THEM TO CREDIT MY FOR THE $112.32!!!!!

On October 9,2011 I ordered 4 tubes of Biofreeze and 3 spray bottles of Biofreeze Total price $52.31 01:30 PM Standard time.
On this same day I received what appears to be an automated invoice at 09:30EDT 2011.
According to their Terms the order would be received in 2-10 days
I have repeatedly sent e-mails the 1st one I asked that the order be canceled and money refunded.
The last one was November 29,2011 and basically demanded a refund I have never gotten an e-mail back to answer any of mine. Today I went back to the site to see if I could access any info- which I hadn’t been able to before-
there was an undated remark on Order Status I clicked on Shipment details It stated the order on 11/29/11 at 03:47 was Open.
This is an order I placed for my Disabled granddaughter( I am Co-Conservator for her and she lives with me) I used her money which I have to be responsible for in how I spend It. I have to report to Social Security and to her Attorney. I needed the money to buy the items elsewhere. I want be buying from them anymore .This is the 2nd time in 2 months I’ve had this problem .The other company finally refunded my money. On 9/14/2011 I ordered 4 bio freeze 4 oz tubes for my grandmother Willie Mae Favors and she never did recieve it as others have stated I would call and they would not answer or they would continue to say that it was on back order . I made an online purchase at www.myvitanet.com on 09/16/2011. I never received the order but my credit card was charged. I called the company on 10/12/2011 and was told I would not receive my order until 11/23/2011. I asked if I could cancel the order and receive a credit. I was told my credit card would receive a credit by 10/26/2011. I never received the credit and continued contacting the company by phone and email, finally disputing the charge with my credit card company on 11/25/2011.

I placed an order on MyVitanet.com on November 6, 2011. I did receive a confirmation email but no email to say it was shipped. I decided that I wanted to change the order and tried to call. MyVitanet.com says its 24/7 calling but when I called it said to call back during regular business hours. I decided to send an email and then I called back the next day and was not able to get in contact with a real person.
As of today, November 19, 2011 I still have not received a response from MyVitanet.com. There are a lot of things wrong with this situation that I didn’t see before. The address does not match, they are not BBB accredited and none of their phone numbers work. And I find it funny that the people who make the orders over the telephone don’t have access to existing orders. MyVitanet.com is a total scam! STAY AWAY

On Sept 4th 2011, I placed an order for DLPA 500 mg 60 caps. I have never recieved my order. I have sent multiple Emails to this company to find out the status of my order. I have never recieved an answer. It is still in “Warehouse processing”. I have called the 800 number as well as the 212 area code. All I get is a brief hype about how to get help if needed, then a goodbye. I have tried multple times to “CONTACT” them for help and everything I try ends up at a dead end with no “CONTACT” By Email I have given them my phone number and Address multiple times. When I check the status of my order it says my inquiry has been answered. I have Emailed them that I have never recieved ANYTHING from them! Will I get a response now? The money for my order was taken out of my bank account two days after the order was placed.How are these people allowed to operate? They are crooks!!

I just placed an order from MyVitaNet.com. Soon as I entered my credit card “PAYMENT” information, the screen showed “CONFIRM” skipping the “REVIEW” step. I was unpleasantly upset, so I went ahead and called the “24/7″ Customer Service phone number 1-800-807-8080. It turns out that it only has recoding message unless the callers want to place a new order.
The CS was very rude and spoke loudly when he found out I was not placing an order, but to cancel one. I reminded him that the website advertised the number is for 24/7. He told me to call back during “regular business hours.” I felt something was not right with this company, only then Google the company.
How disappointed I was to see all those scams linked to MyVitaNet.com. I immediately went back to their website and canceled my order. I have a bad feeling it won’t be easy to get my money back even though I canceled my order less than 30 minutes. I really should have checked the company out before doing any business with them. Wish me luck to get my money back!

September 9, 2011 my debit card was charged $29.64 for this order. The material has never arrived. I inquired and finally tried to cancel the order October 4, 2011. I was told (by email October 12, 2011 that it was not possible to cancel the order since it was now at the warehouse.
Parenthetically let me remark that I ordered the same thing at the same item price from Pureformulas.com on October 4, 2011 — actually cheaper because there was no charge for shipping. The order from Pureformulas arrived in three days.
I continue to get one or two spam emails a week from MyVitanet offering to sell me other things.

I placed an order on 8/4/11 for 6 tubes of Bio Freeze from My Vitanet. My credit card was charged on 8/8/11. I have never received the items. I have sent several e-mails requesting someone give me a call. I have had one e-mail response stating that they had a back log of orders and that I should receive my products in about 2 weeks. It has been 2 months and I still don’t have a refund to my credit card, nor do I have any products.
There is no phone number – no address – no way to contact except through e-mail.

Beware of MyVitanet.com… They are a total scam and will take your money without shipping anything
I placed an order on March 1, 2012. They charged my credit card but never shipped the items. I cannot reach anyone by phone or email or the customer contact form. Their voice mail is full. Sounds like they have gone out of business. I will complain to the BBB.
They havent gone out of business they are still taking peoples orders/money just not delivering products. Complete scam.
For anyone interested… I was taken by this company for over one hundred dollars. I got in touch with Visa and they were able to get me all of my money back. So if you were scammed by myvitanet, give your credit card company a call.

These guys are a total scam. I bought some things from them a few months back. After emailing asking them where my items were they said they were backordered. Emailing them again they said they no longer were able to get me said product and they would issue me a refund. I never saw the refund. Total scam.

My experience with this company has been the same as all of the other complaints that have been submitted. I filed a dispute claim with my credit card company (American Express) and they followed up eventhough the maximum amount of time to file a dispute had passed. I had to talk to a customer rep to get this done, but eventually American Express took the $60 charge off my bill. Evidently, Vitanet did not respond to any of the inquiries from AE either. It is amazing that these people are still in business considering all of the complaints. Good luck.

MyVitanet.com is a scam – beware – they take your $ and make contacting them impossible – another version of the Nigerian Scam – tell your credit card and attorney general – they have probably scammed millions – good luck!

I had the same experience as many of the others. I ordered Bio-Freeze, was told it was on back order, then offered the “chance” to buy a different product. After a few months where it was still on back-order, I requested a refund and got nowhere. After several failed attempts to get a refund, I disputed the charge on my credit card, and after a few weeks Visa took the charge off. I will never do business with MyVitanet.com again.

I ordered Bio Freeze from Vitanet.com Oct 26, 2011 they said it would take 7 to 10 business days well I did not get it so I finally got in touch with someone he told me it was on back order for 3 months, so the 3 months is up and I still have not got it I tried calling them again and can not get a hold of anyone. They took my money from my credit card right away.$99.00 How can I get it back or can I. I have never had problems ordering stuff online before but now I do not think I ever will order online again.
Did you have any luck getting your money back? BTW, don’t let these guys discourage you from buying online. Most companies are legit. I have ordered tons of thins online and these guys are the only company who I have ever been burnt on. It does sting though.
I ordered 10 roll-on biofreeze on Sept. 29 2011 and have still not received it. I have emailed MyVitaNet a dozen times and never got a response. Now I can’t even access their website to view my account because it say you must open cookies to get in – I have and account password, but it is not accepted. I have been ordering from them for years and biofreeze was always slow in coming but this is ludicrous – it is 4 months now – and of course my credit card was charged back in Sept. I have half a notion to drive to Ohio.
i order 5 rose dew night cream from oct 20 3 weeks later i try to call them then they told me it is back order,they let me wait 2or 3 weeks ,i had try to contact them again at dec 20that he told me the products out stock,so i cancel my order at dec 20,now it is jan 24 2012,i still not get my refund,that is wrong with this comany, i try to call them every day no answer,i spand 131.62$

Placed my order with myvitanet.com the 22nd August, 2011, have not yet received my order’ i have send them numerous emails but they just don’t answer any of them, i have had no problem with them in the past until now, they took my money (306.85) straight away but they are not as quick to send me my order or anwer any of my emails.It is very hard to lose that kind of money especially as some of it belongs to a pensioner. It has made me very suspicious of businesses in the United States, I don’t think that i will ever order anything again from America, because i can,t afford to lose that kind of money. very disapointed and hurt that something like this can happen.

Same old song as all the stories above… Placed my order 10/28/11, no product, no refund and no responses from my 6 emails! Can’t leave a message in any of their voice-mail boxes due to them being full. No one will answer the calls due to their high volume of calls they are experiencing at the moment. I will be filing a complaint to the attorney general in Ohio. Thanks for that info. Frustrating….
I put in an order of over $87 with smartbomb.com in October. I have not received my order. The red flag was when myvitanet billed my credit card even though they did not send my order. I have left messages on their site with no response. Just before Christmas they sent me advertising for free shipping. I tried calling this morning and they hung up on me. The internet site no longer exists. They stole my money. My credit card company is now working on this. These people need to go to jail for stealing peoples money and not shipping the product.
placed an order with MyVitaNet.com took about a month to receive 3 of the 15 bottles i ordered when i finally got to talk to a person 2 weeks later they had canceled the rest of my order and i was told they would issue a refund . 2 weeks after that i was told they would issue a refund within 2 billing cycles,2monyh pass and my refund will be issued in 2 business days that was 2 weeks ago.takes 1 to 2 weeks to respond to any email sent to them call and i hangs up on you if its about an existing order and then goes to voice mail after a 25 min. wait when trying to place a order that is conveniently full all the time.
I ordered biofreeze on Nov 1. finally after no response from them. I cancelled the order, however they charged my cc. ( I just got my bill) I reordered on Dec. 5 and it says my order is in transeit.
Placed an order for about $188 back in July. Have been promised delivery via e-mail many times, but to date have only received 3 bottles of vitamins/herbs from this large order. Noticed this posting about fraud and am afraid that I may never see that money or merchandise. Did think it was funny to have a company charge for a full order before shipping. One of the e-mail replies came from MyVitaNet but the e-mail address was from MotherNature.com. Looks like maybe they are doing business under another name??? Hard to say. I definitely will not be ordering from either website again. I guess the old saying is true….if it SEEMS to GOOD to BE TRUE…it probably IS!!!
Same thing happened to me – I have not received the products that I ordered and it’s been over two months. I had ordered from them in the past and had no problems. Now however, there is an issue. Also when I try and go to the site it’s says this page is unavailable – like the website is no longer valid. I spent over 100.00 dollars in products. My CC was charged immediately – and received a confirmation email – but no other emails thereafter indicating that my order was being shipped. I am extremely frustrated. I am going to speak with CC tomorrow to see if they can assist with a refund. Wish I had found this site before. However like I mentioned before – I had ordered from this site before and had no problems – and that’s the reason why I ordered from them again.
I ordered capsules of Absorb Aid on 11-10-11. These pills cost me $30.00. To date, I have received nothing, and by the looks of these complaints I doubt I will get anything from them. I just got Punk’d and I’m mad as hell. Better Business Bureau….here I come. Stay AWAY from these thieving bastards!!
I have also ordered from this company in the past, with no problem. But I purchased two bottles of Biofreeze from this company, Nov 30, 2011. I have tried in the past several days to get a hold of this company by email, and calling the 1-800 number…the number is no longer in service…YES we need our moneies back. Aint this FRAUD.
I am appalled at the amount of unethical actions being preformed by My Vitanet. Why do they still steal from trusting consumers? They are still advertising and taking orders. How can this be stopped??????? HELP!!!!
I have ordered from MyVitanet in the past and have been pleased. However, my most recent order has been a disaster. My credit card was charged for the items but they have not been shipped (it has been 3 weeks)…nor does MyVitanet have the items (apparently they are on order.) They have not responded to my numerous emails. I have called my credit card company and they are going to remove the charge. I will never order from this company again. They have no customer service phone number (except to place an order.) Never again.
I ordered 32 oz bio-freeze pump on Aug. 16th and now it is november 15th2011 and no word , no replies to my e-mails. No way to track order. I called the number and it is silence and then disconects. I guess they are no longer taking orders. I may be out $50 but Vengence is the Lords and they will pay for all they have robbed from all of us.I pray they will either send the product or refund the money. I will be vindicated.
I have had a similar experience with MyVitaNet. Ordered successfully from them three times. But, June 25, 2011 I placed a large order. Most of the items eventually arrived, but as of today, 11/11/2011, have still not received $46.00 worth of my items (6 bottles of Surya Henna Cream). Cannot get a useful response from them. Am going back to my credit card company which said that they can void that part of the charge and will take the advice of several others who posted on this site to contact the attorney general of Ohio and file a formal complaint. I placed an order on October 3rd for three tubes of Biofreeze; card was charged immediately, no shipment or communication in a month. Sent three emails no response. This is my second order with them; first was slow to ship due to a “backorder”, so I gave them another chance. Never again. Unsubscribe from their site and call your cc company for a refund. They are probably earning revenue on the float.
This is also happening to me. I placed an order for 3 bottles of Bio Freeze and have not received my order. I have also sent e-mail after e-mail like a lot of the fokes and have not gotten any response. I also have had no luck with phone numbers to contact them. I hope that someone who is about to place an order with this SCAM!!! SITE!!! happens to come upon this site first.. Very frustrating!!!!

I place an order for $50 and received 4 bars of soap and nothing else. They said it was back ordered. I sent to e-mails cancelling my order and no one got back to me. They have totatly ripped me off. I am going to file a complaint at: ohioattorneygeneral.com.
This used to be a valid company. I had ordered from them for several years. However, I placed another order a month ago and it hasn’t been shipped. The phone number disconnects me and they aren’t answering their emails. I’m going to contact my credit card company for a fraud charge as I spend over $120.
I made my order on Sept. 30. The phone number says to contact them by internet. I contacted them with no response. There is no address.There is no way to contact them. This seems like a bogus company.
I wish I would have found this website before I placed my order. Same as the other postings, I placed my order 2 months ago, cc was charged, a month later I had still not received anything and emailed them. They then let me know that it was out of stock and they will issue a refund. We are going on 2 months and we’re not too hopeful…
After a two-month wait, I finally received my order yesterday from Myvitanet. In the meantime, I had sent 3 emails asking about my order, without response. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever buy anything from this company again.
Yikes! My experience seem to coincide with all the above. I placed an order in JULY 2011. After a few emails back and forth with them, part of the order was sent, but the website info on my order stated that the order had been completed. I emailed yet again. No response after 2 more emails. I will have to reverse the charges on my card. (Luckily my CC handles crap like this. Still, it’s a hassle.) Something must be going on with this company because I had ordered several times last year without any problems. Not good.
I placed an order with MyVitanet on Sept. 29th for around 77.00 and have no product yet, no tracking number, can’t get a hold of them and if you go to “contact us” I get a bad 504 number on the blank screen. Can someone tell me where I can file a complaint and try to get my money back, WHAT A RIP OFF…..
I have had the same experience from them TWICE. I have finally learned my lesson and will NEVER order from them again. They also have another website and have scammed me that way as well. They do not ship entire orders but you do pay for it. and they do no reimburse or ever sent the rest of your product. VERY FRUSTRATING!

BUT if you check your order status On the left side it says Original Invoice. Click on that and it will show your messages and any response they have given you… What a pain and it does not say that anywhere…..GURRRRRR!!!!
You are too kind. They list your messages and whether they are “open” or “answered.” One of mine lists “answered” which is a blatant lie. I called their NY number 212-279-4350 and after a long time a human finally answered. He was rude and gave no satisfactory answers to my questions and hung up on me.

I have had the same problem as you and others. I am considering this a scam and notifying the FBI. Perhaps something can be done.
Thanks for the info, Rachele. Like you and others who have posted here I was charged for an order that was never processed. Repeated attempts to contact the company have been futile. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. I do encourage others to file also – it really is a simple process.
Great advice. I did not think to contact the AG. I am going to do the same thing and contact the NY Attorney General. These people need to be stopped.
Had same bad experience. In April I filed a complaint with the Ohio attorney general; they are still working on it. They have a long list of complaints against vitanet. Please consider filing a complaint; it can be done online free of charge at ohioattorneygeneral.gov and it’s a simple process.
Same BAD experience with Vitanet!!! Placed order on 6/9/2011, credit card was charged, but have not yet received merchandise! I have sent two messages via Vitanet’s Customer Service webpage. Customer Service??!! What a joke!

I had the same experience, I was charged for an order that has been back order since 6/1. No way to reach this company. They are a bunch of thieves !!! I feel better somehow that I am not the only one…. Next time I will check the ratings on line.
I had the same experience with myvitanet. My card was charged and the item was on back order. There is no phone number to contact them at. I tried to cancel the order but they would not allow me to do that! Once the order is sent to the warehouse (where there is no merchandise to be sent out) you can no longer cancel the order. I wrote them an e-mail. It is important to realize that they do not e-mail you back directly. They put a response on their webpage which you have to access by checking your order status. I will NEVER deal with these people again.
Placed an order with myvitanet on June 7,2011 it was charged to my cc and have not received it and now cannot get in touch with them!
I placed an order with myvitanet.com for b12 it was to be shipped on may 25 then June 6 then June 7 then June 11 then June 12 etc. Now June 16 the tracking says they are out of stock.
I have sent several emails to myvitanet.com and they wont respond but do send ads everyday. No response at all, I have consistently tried to just cancel and get a refund but they just ignore me. It’s a small order but the whole thing is just so unpleasant I don’t think anyone likes to be ripped off.

If you ordered through paypal you can always dispute the charge with them. You only have 30 days though so you might be too late. But if this happens again to you be sure to do something before 30 days.
