Warning Cashforgold2day promised 30% more money than other gold sites on the web in the UK, this simply is not true.
Despite my gold being worth over £450 They paid me only £115.
Please do not use this company they do not give you your true gold valuation.
If you would like the best price for your gold simply weigh it and place it on Ebay under scrap gold explaining individual gold carat weights if its mixed golds like mine was..
The small claims court track now seems my option.

Dear Sir / Madam
I recently emailed you twice regarding the poor evaluation of my gold and to request its return or a true valuation. Despite contacting you on both occasions, and sending you the email while speaking to you on the phone, receiving a confirmation of its arrival, you have broken your promise of giving it your full attention and immediate response. I now have no choice but to inform you that you have 14 days from the date of this letter to either return my gold or add to the already received £115 another £185. If I do not receive this amount by then I will proceed down the small claims route claiming theft and fraud. You will then incur court costs and I will also claim for the stress and inconvenience this has caused me. I am really surprised with your firm’s lack of professionalism, in an industry where reputation is obviously everything. On your site you claim to pay 30% more than other sites and return if not 100% satisfied. I have explained in my emails that I was ticking the box for a preferred payment method of instant bank transfer rather than a cheque through the post. I was waiting confirmation from you as to how much you were willing to pay for my gold, not stating I would accept anything you throw at me.
I sent you 6g 22ct Gold, 6g 18ct Gold and finally around 9g 9ct Gold. Two leading companies, ‘Cash 4 My Gold’ and ‘Cash for Your Gold. co. uk’ quote the combined price of £451.23 and £452.94 respectively. I am allowing for solder and a small profit for your company and require another £185 totaling £300, which I believe is more than fair. I can return your £115 if need be and only require your bank transfer details. My preferred choice is the return of my gold, but I believe this is why you have delayed response, to prevent this action, which is very underhand. The way you have handled my claim has been absolutely disgusting and you should actually be ashamed with your actions. Also please note If I do go to court I will claim for the full amounts not my reduce price. I will also review your site online warning others of your crime.
I have noted that your Head company is PKAG Trading Ltd Flat 5 Honeysuckle Court, Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG96HD UK Reg 07097004, but I have chosen to contact you first via your web business first to hopefully reach a settlement.
It is now in your hands and please make no mistake I will pursue down this route if need be.
